Who doesn’t want to be famous?
My signifigant other was telling me about a story he read about reality tv and persons asked if they would like to be famous. It turns out due to the surge in reality tv shows something like 9 out of 10 people think they could be famous, and think it would be easy to become so.
Why do I mention this after over a year hiatus from this blog (I haven’t been blogging anywhere to tell the truth) because I want to be famous. It took my sitting down today to some books on sewing for me to realize this bit of stark truth. It turns out I not only want to make money with my clothing and accessories but I want to see my name in print under the names of Chloe Seviney, Reese Witherspoon and Gwen Steffani. Why? What’s the difference between your money and thiers? Your skin and thiers? Really…
Imagine, my wares being sold at Dash! Or worn by any of the sisters on “Keeping up with the Kardashians” Would that mean I made it?
Im not convinced it would be. While what I make is nice, it’s also real. And I’m not convinced reality tv is at all real.
